I love that I can go in and ask for shoes that I need for my “special shaped” feet. Thanks to my mom and he stride rite obsession during my childhood. I get one on one time with an associate who works with me to fit the right shoes for my foot. Not just the coolest shoes on the shelf. I genuinely love this store more every time I’ve gone
So at the advice of one of my good friends I finally decided to check this place out. I drive for Amazon so I am constantly on my feet all day running. It's about time that I finally found some shoes that matched my feet and I didn't even know what they were and Orlando at Fleet Feet certainly helped make that a reality. Dude was super awesome, mapped out my feet, told me some things about myself that I didn't know, ways to make my legs and my knees feel better. Ended up matching me with my perfect shoes and I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. I ended up choosing the ON Cloudstratus
I had a great experience at the store. Barb was very informative and went above and beyond just fitting me for shoes. She taught me some exercises to help me with my leg and feet issues and sat with me for awhile explaining how the watches work . The fact that she did not try to upsell any products, yet used them to show me how I could use them, was nice. I felt very comfortable and all the staff was kind and talkative when they weren’t helping another customer.
- Knowledgeable staff... Ashlynn really knew her stuff. Based on my analysis result, she pulled out three shoes which targeted my situation very nicely. - The staff takes time with the customer despite a growing line of waiting customers. While not so good when you're waiting, when it's your turn, you'll appreciate the extra attention. The selection is good.
